Mango Lassi

Ingredients
  • 375 mL (1 1/2 cups) frozen or fresh mango chunks  

  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) plain yogurt  

  • 15 to 30 mL (1 to 2 tbsp) honey  

  • 1 mL (1/4 tsp) ground cardamom 

Preparation
  1. Using a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Pour into glass(es) and enjoy. 

Tips

If using fresh mangoes, add a few ice cubes if needed for a colder drink.
