Ingredients
  • 1 cup Sealtest 6%
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
Preparation
  1. In a small saucepan, add milk, cardamom and cinnamon over low heat, whisk vigorously.
  2. Heat until the milk is steaming and just about to start simmering.
  3. Add honey and mix well.
  4. Pour into a mug, and enjoy!

Top with edible rose or flower petals from your local spice shop
